He is a passionate chef who simply loves cooking. He always tries to distinguish himself with his creations. He believes, from the presentation of the food to the sauce, all the details set the standards of our service. With your mind and heart, you just see the  connection between different ingredients and create your own recipes. On his mind cooking is an overall experience that involves our senses. The flavour of the food appeals to tongue, its smell to nose, its presentation to eye and most importantly cooking with passion to heart.

He won 3 golden, 1 silver, 3 bronze and 2 merit and 1 jury special award in international competitions. He thinks a cook must interact with different cultures and must reflect all the colours of life to their recipes. His mission is to present Turkish Cuisine to the different cultures.
